Job Description
Robert Half's client is looking for an HR Business Partner to assist with streamlining and creating new processes for the Fairfield location supporting about 80 employees.
Location Fairfield, CA (100% on-site)
Duration: 3+ months
Skillset / Duties:
•Main POC and HR support person for all on-site employees in addition to supporting the rest of the organization's corporate team and other site locations
•Manage end-to-end employee relations cases, providing recommendations for next steps based on the organization's policies and applicable CA and Local Labor Laws
•Assist with the creation and implementation of performance management plans, coach and advise managers on policy and best practices
•Create training plans for any new system processes, performance management reviews, and other new HR initiatives
•Promote DEI initiatives
•Ability to led change management initiatives and manage HR projects as needed
•Responsible for HR compliance and risk mitigation
•Responsible for constantly increasing employee engagement by advocating for employee
•Partner with senior leadership to develop and implement effective HR policies
•Promote best practices across all locations and streamline HR operations processes
•Assist with onboarding/offboarding tasks as needed
•Assist with providing LOA support and informing employees of eligibility requirements and process
Requirements:
•8+ years of HR experience, with 4+ at the HRBP level
•Bachelor's degree or HR Certification
•Must be able to build credibility, display leadership qualities and be a true advisor/Business Partner to leadership
•Ability to work with cross-functional teams to drive clear communication, process improvement and unity within the various site locations
Systems:
•Experience utilizing various HRIS, running reports, automating procedures, and providing recommendations for systems process improvement
