This Is What You'll Do

Reporting directly to the Director/People & Culture, this role will involve both strategic and tactical work in every discipline within HR, full employee lifecyle. You will build strong and trusting relationships with the team. You will help build our processes so we can continue to scale for future growth. Our culture is priceless so you will support and promote a positive team member experience through great hiring, onboarding, retention, engagement, and well-being initiatives. You will also serve as a coach to our managers in day-to-day activities related to counseling and career development.

Qualifications

Required

  • Bachelor's degree (preferably in HR, Business, or Management) or equivalent experience
  • +5 years of progressive HR experience in all HR disciplines in the employee lifecycle (recruiting, onboarding, benefits, compensation, employee relations, compliance, HRIS, policy design/implementation, diversity, recordkeeping, communications, analytics, training & development, employee engagement / pulse surveys, performance management, training, etc.)
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Detail and process-oriented
  • Team-oriented, collaborative, demonstrated coaching skills
  • Proficiency in MS 365 suite
  • Proficient with an HRIS, LMS, ATS - preferably as an Administrator, not just User.
  • Analytical, experience with creating dashboards, developing and monitoring KPI's

Preferred

  • PHR/SPHR or similar active certification
  • Experience supporting Diversity, Equity & Inclusion efforts
  • Manage SharePoint, MS Forms, Power Automate
  • Experience at a Corporate office / Headquarters level
  • Professional Services / Consulting industry experience
  • Competencies including Situational Adaptability, Tech Savvy, Instills Trust, Resourcefulness, Optimizes Work Processes, Persuades, Business Insight
  • Recent experience with talent assessments/calibration, change management techniques, benefits modeling, compensation modeling, surveys, policy research and development, training course development, and developing employee engagement/performance tools.
  • Experience with government contracting, DCAA, AAP, and OFCCP compliance

Location, Compensation & Benefits
