Adecco is now hiring for one of the largest control systems manufacturers, and this is your chance to work with them for a temporary assignment in the Santa Clarita Valley!
Responsibilities:
- Participate in the continual development of HR programs, such as recruiting, retention, compensation, benefits, and Learning & Development.
- Analyzes trends and metrics in partnership with the HR group to develop solutions, programs, and policies to meet the company's goals.
- Partner with senior leadership to develop and implement effective HR policies and practices that will support the strategic growth of the business.
- Educate team members on compensation practices, including compensation, performance feedback, performance calibration, and career transitions.

Requirements:
- 6+ years of HR Business Partner experience in a corporate environment
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Psychology, or related field.
- A deep knowledge of HR programs and practices, including applicable state and federal employment laws and regulations.
- Experience with unions, grievances, union business meetings, etc. a must .
- Strong problem-solving, research, analytical, and communicational skills.
- Aerospace, Industrial, or Manufacturing industry experience preferred.
Schedule Needed:
- Monday through Friday 8 am-5 pm

Pay Details: $50.00 to $60.00 per hour
