The HR Business Partner will partner with employees and leaders to execute HR initiatives and processes. This will include recruiting, onboarding, policy administration, talent management, and HRIS administration. This position encourages partnership across the HR function to deliver a value added service to employees and leaders at the designated sites
This position is integral to the success of our department and the location it serves. They are trusted in handling the most confidential information on employees as well as ensuring data integrity throughout the system.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Conduct HRIS administration including processing hires, terms, promotions, rate changes, etc.
• Partner with site leaders to administer the recruiting process
• Ensure that the Company policies are followed in regards to rate changes and performance evaluations
• Maintains HRIS records and compiles reports as needed
• Conducts audits of HRIS data entry, benefits or other HR programs and recommends corrective action

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

• Intermediate to advanced Excel experience required.
• Experience working within an HRIS required. Ceridian experience is highly preferred.
• Prior HR experience required
• Interpersonal skills are a must. You will be interacting with our employees on a daily basis
