What You'll Be Doing
- Serve as a resource: Support employees and managers regarding understanding/applying HR policies and procedures (which may involve complex, sensitive information)
- Anticipate: Pro-active issue/problem identification and resolution
- Coach and Advise: Partner with DC management to resolve employee relations issues\
- Provide oversight: Work together with DC management in conducting employee disciplinary meetings, terminations and investigations
- Support: Provide coaching and development for more effective leadership decision and communication skills
- Collaboration: Collaborate with DC management, HR team members, and cross-functional teams to ensure consistent application of company policies and procedures
- Lead: Support, manage and develop team of 2 HR associates

Qualifications that Make You the Perfect Fit!
- BA or BS degree preferred or commensurate work experience in HR
- 3+ years managing others in HRBP or HR Specialist role
- 7+ years relevant Human Resources experience
- Working knowledge of federal and California HR, wage and hour laws and regulations, with research skills to stay abreast of changing relevant legislation
- Ceridian experience a plus
- Strong attention to detail orient, flexible, and have ability to manage multiple priorities
- Possess excellent organization, communication, and project management skills
- Bilingual Spanish, a plus
This position has a compensation range of $137,284 - $168,860. Please note that the salary provided is a good faith estimate for the position. The final compensation offer will be determined after reviewing relevant factors, which include a candidate’s qualifications and experience, where appropriate.
