Job Description
COMC has an exciting opportunity for a Senior Fulfillment Services Manager to join our team in Algona, WA. Reporting to the Director of Operations, this person will lead the Fulfillment Services Department achieving and/or exceeding production goals having the opportunity to impact both the bottom line and customer experience. They will coach, train, and develop Department Managers and Squad Captains. And will exemplify COMC's standards and core values through action and mentorship.
The ideal candidate would be strong people leader with operations expertise who thrives in a demanding, fast and everchanging environment. They can effectively communicate and drive change. The ability to understand and clarify business needs and develop processes that achieve business objectives is a must.

Job Responsibilities
- Strategize, implement, and enforce Company Policies & Procedures
- Building cross functional relationships with leaders in all departments and supporting cross departmental team projects
- Build a culture of continuous improvement dedicated to reducing cost and improving productivity by applying knowledge of fulfillment processes within the warehouse.
- Build and maintain an effective team, escalating employee relations issues as needed to HR
- Set, coach, and communicate daily workflow goals to department managers and squad captains
- In partnership with HR, conduct verbal warnings, write ups, and terminations as approved
- Conduct interviewing, hiring, and onboarding procedures as required
- Conduct weekly team huddles, Squad Captain meetings/check-ins, and quarterly performance reviews
- Track SLAs to ensure all deadlines are met
- Ensure daily goals and team output are met and maintained using company standards
- Produce weekly production reports for analysis and review
- Identify, communicate, and resolve all workflow bottlenecks
- Oversee the performance appraisal process
- Uphold the COMC values, quality standards, and exemplify CARD culture
- Be a willing and collaborative partner to support all areas of the organization
- Perform other duties as assigned
Job Qualifications
- Excellent time management skills - ability to multi-task and prioritize work
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- 3+ years of experience directing/managing a team of associates and/or equivalent experience training newly promoted supervisors
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Strong organizational, planning, and execution skills
- High School Diploma/GED, preferably a bachelor's degree
- Knowledge of Human Resources Management practices and procedures
- Knowledge of business and management principles
- Strong computer skills. Experience using Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
Additional Qualifications
- Knowledgeable about professional sporting industry (NBA, NFL, MLB etc.)
- Interested in learning about the trading card industry
- *Preferred not required. Subject matter expert of Services Team production tasks and responsibilities such as Retrieving, Splitting, & Booking, and Checking & Packaging.
