Leidos is actively seeking a talented and experienced Senior FP&A Analyst to join our dynamic team supporting the Growth Office in a highly visible role. The ideal candidate will possess a strong financial and technical background, a strong understanding of Leidos’ Business Development activities and excellent communications skills. We are looking for an individual with a proven track record of supporting process improvement initiatives, collaborating effectively with internal stakeholders, and delivering comprehensive solutions. The candidate should demonstrate the ability to work both independently and within a team, as continuous improvement and skill enhancement are key aspects of this role. This role will also support the maintenance and development of financial tools that are used throughout the Growth Office. The candidate will serve as a liaison between finance and business development and may have the opportunity to present to Chief Growth Officer and the CFO on topics associated with the pipeline, recommendations on investment spending and forecasts on Book-to-Bill and backlog metrics.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain Data Governance model for the Growth Office
- Collaborate with Business Intelligence and Sector data stewards to enforce Data Governance model
- Enhance existing Power BI dashboards
- Enforce data consistency and integrity across all Business Development Power BI dashboards
- Develop and maintain process documentation
- Provide analytical support and actionable financial insights to the Growth Office
- Develop predictive analytics to forecast future Growth Office expense and identify risks and opportunities
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree with 8-12 years of applicable FP&A experience or master’s degree with 6+ years of applicable FP&A experience
- Prior experience should include financial forecasting, Business Development forecasting, variance analysis
- Strong skills in Power Platform (Power BI, Power Automate, Power Apps), Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), Microsoft SharePoint, and ability to learn new applications.
- Working knowledge of government accounting regulations (CAS, FAR)
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, to include creating complex macros, using advanced formulas, and using VBA.
- Desire to learn data science skills and partner with data scientists to produce advanced predictive models

Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with financial reporting
- Experience with business development/capture/proposal activities
- User of Leidos Financial and Business Development systems including Costpoint, Insight, and WinIT,
- Knowledge of database management systems and data warehousing concepts
- Data/configuration management experience
- Experience developing and implementing automation or AI/ML solutions

Pay Range:
Pay Range $87,100.00 - $157,450.00The Leidos pay range for this job level is a general guideline only and not a guarantee of compensation or salary. Additional factors considered in extending an offer include (but are not limited to) responsibilities of the job, education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity, alignment with market data, applicable bargaining agreement (if any), or other law.
