Purpose of Role
Senior FP&A Analyst will be responsible for partnering with the business to deliver performance-based analytics and provide key strategic insights to the management team. This role will further play a fundamental part in driving efficiencies through contribution to ongoing improvements in systems and processes.

Financial Planning & Analysis Manager
Principal Accountabilities
- Detailed revenue and profitability analysis on our offices, clients, and customers.
- Identifying areas for performance improvement - creating key insights to drive innovation and efficiency.
- KPI performance and benchmarking - continuously review, develop, and improve.
- Analyst presentations to the management teams and supporting managers through improvement implementations.
- Extracting and validating system data to improve the accuracy of our business analysis data warehouse.
- Support global finance and business improvement projects.
- Support the US budgeting and forecasting processes.
- Support in producing monthly business analysis and reporting packages.
- Assist with Competitor profiling and analysis initiatives.
- Build and maintain strong and effective relationships with business leaders including Senior Management, Operations, and Commercial teams.
- Other duties as assigned.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Compile the budget and document process identifying efficiencies
- Complete high quality client profitability analysis with clear implementable actions
- Perform variance analysis to not only explain variances, but also suggest improvements in performance
- Produce insightful information to support monthly site manager meetings
- Build strong understanding of the SLS business and strong relationships across the business
- Service level satisfaction from finance peers
Experience / Qualification Required
- Degree level in finance, accounting, or similar discipline.
- 5+ years of FP&A experience.
- Analytical and highly numerate.
- Experience with business analytics tools such as Power BI would be beneficial.
Skills and Competencies
- Accurate and high attention to detail with an ability to avoid material mistakes.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities with a quantitative aptitude; intellectual curiosity with the ability to exercise judgment.
- Comfort performing analysis without full information.
- Strong communication skills – both oral and written.
- Proven initiative and ability to think laterally to contribute to ongoing improvements in systems and processes.
- Effective planning, organization, and time management skills. Meeting deadlines is a must.
- Team player – willing to be part of a team and supportive of other team members.
- Excellent Microsoft Office skills - in particular Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Visio.
Working Conditions
- Work is normally performed in a typical office work environment
- Typical use of office equipment including computers, telephones, copiers, etc.
- Extended periods of sitting, standing, walking, and telephone speaking and listening
- Must be able to wear personal protective equipment such as a hard hat, safety shoes, safety glasses, ear plugs, fitted dust mask, etc., as required
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $90,574.00 - $96,797.00 per year
