Xometry is seeking a Senior FP&A Analyst, Revenue to enhance revenue and cost forecasting models. Reporting to the VP, Strategic Finance & FP&A, you'll oversee business metric tracking, advise senior leaders, and become a revenue expert. Ideal for those who thrive in a fast-paced startup-like environment, you'll work with a collaborative team, driving strategic analysis across product lines and geographies.
Responsibilities:
- Consolidate company forecasts, track cost centers, assist in planning, and enhance reporting for critical financial metrics
- Oversee margin across the P&L, conduct monthly business vs actual reviews, and support investor relations activities
- Drive automation and process improvement in financial processes
- Analyze financial results, identify trends, variances, and provide insights to senior leadership
- Partner with department leaders to guide investment decisions and operational efficiencies
- Conduct ad hoc analysis for business decisions and contract negotiations
- Recommend new productivity or cost-saving initiatives
Qualifications:
- 6+ years of FP&A experience in high-growth companies
- Public company experience highly preferred
- Proven scaling of planning, forecasting, and reporting in growth-oriented environments
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on tight deadlines
- Experience with SQL required
- Dynamic, self-demanding, proactive, and comfortable with ambiguity
