We are hiring a Senior Financial Analyst to support HP Personal Systems Gaming Division, a strategic priority of the company. In this dynamic and visible role, the analyst will work with cross-functional stakeholders in the Global Business Units and Regions. The role requires working with cross-functional teams on projects that affect the organization's long-term goals and objectives. The ideal candidate will work independently through one's own initiative and will excel at working collaboratively with employees at all levels of the organization. The Senior Analyst will be integral to the growth of Consumer Gaming Division and be involved in the ideation of business models that require an intimate.
Experience and skills:
- Ability to perform complex financial analysis, and strong communication skills.
- Possesses a genuine curiosity about the business, with the will and skill to independently develop rich insights and use those to influence key stakeholders.
- Be a strong collaborator who can partner with and present to different organizations - Future Product Marketing, R&D, BU finance, supply chain, customer support, region category.
- Develop and analyze market trends, customer offers, pricing scenarios, cost structure and investments to bring new subscriptions and/or services to market.
- Critical thinking ability, judgement and experience will be important in the role.
- Understanding of recurring revenue and the impact of consumer behavior in a subscription ecosystem.
