We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Financial Analyst to join our team at Integrity. As a Senior Financial Analyst, you will play a crucial role in driving financial analysis and providing strategic insights to support our company's growth and success. You will be responsible for analyzing financial data, preparing reports, and making recommendations to improve financial performance and efficiency.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough financial analysis, including but not limited to budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and financial modeling.
- Prepare detailed reports on financial performance, including key metrics, trends, and recommendations for improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze financial data from various sources.
- Identify and evaluate potential risks and opportunities to optimize financial outcomes.
- Develop and maintain financial models to support decision-making processes.
- Provide financial guidance and support to senior management and department heads.
- Assist in the development of annual budgets and long-term financial plans.
- Monitor and analyze industry trends, market conditions, and competitors to identify potential risks and opportunities.
- Participate in financial audits and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Continuously seek opportunities to improve financial processes and efficiency.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field. MBA or CFA designation is a plus.
- Proven experience as a Financial Analyst, preferably in a senior role.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data.
- Advanced proficiency in financial modeling and analysis.
- Excellent knowledge of financial accounting principles and practices.
- Proficiency in financial software and MS Excel.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
