In this new role, you will analyze business problems to be solved with automated systems.
Responsibilities:

• Analyzes, implements, and supports the EPS Radius Packaging Suite ERP to meet the needs of the Supplies business. Solves highly complex business issues and problems with automated systems such as Auto Count 4D (AC4D)
• Supports and manages technical and functional configuration, including table creation/extension to support enhanced use and supportability of the Zebra's Supplies Manufacturing modules centered around Radius ERP, Production Scheduling Application (PSA), Auto Count 4D (AC4D) and related applications
• Manages a list of open issues with the vendor, EPS
• Analyzes business problems to be solved with automated systems
• Implements and maintains software-as-a-service (SaaS) and enterprisewide applications associated with the collection, retrieval, accessibility and usage of data for internal department planning and activities.
• Performs configuration, setup, and updating of applications, including table definitions and access control.
• Enters and creates to ensure validity of data entered into established tables, fields and system databases.
• Designs extensions and tailored solutions required for aligning packaged applications for business scenarios.
• Produces reports using query and flexible reporting tools to meet the requirements of business management and staff.
• Reviews user accesses and trains users on application.
• Supports system upgrades including planning and scheduling, coordination and deploying.
• Provides timely resolution of problems or escalation on behalf of customer.
• Ensures availability and performance of systems and application environments through proactive as well as reactive analysis and maintenance

Qualifications:
Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree required or equivalent experience
• Minimum 5 years of experience required
• Core modules in Radius ERP such as Radius, PSA and AC4D required
• Progress & SQL Server database concepts required

Preferred Qualifications:

• Advanced degree preferred.
• Installation of software in the Radius environments
• Exposure to web service technologies to connect Radius to Oracle, Salesforce and other applications
• Database links to connect Progress and SQL server to Oracle database
• Knowledge in performance testing of Radius applications
• Design of interface utilizing various technologies such as EDI/ ODI / SOA is a must
• Ability to work in a challenging, dynamic environment on multiple projects delivering mission critical projects
• Ability to support the production system as required and work with the AMS team/s across time zones and the onsite team in US for any escalations and support
• PMP Certification or certifications in the related label manufacturing or printing technologies is preferred
• Exposure to Agile devsecops methodology is preferred
• Exposure to security tools such as SonarQube and SecureCodeWarrior (or similar) is highly desired
• Excellent communication skills
• Experience with end user issues - Demonstrated technical experience
• Demonstrated experience working independently and collaboratively on projects
• Demonstrated experience trouble shooting
• Broad knowledge of applicable IT systems/applications
• Experience developing new systems and tools
• Experience in documenting and maintaining up to date systems procedures
• Advanced analytical skills
• Demonstrated Project Management skills
• Proven ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced, high growth, rapidly changing environment
• Experience identifying and implement process improvements

Salary: USD 89900.00 - USD 134900.00 Yearly
Salary offered will vary depending on your location, job-related skills, knowledge, and experience.
