Job Description Summary:
Reporting to the Director, Enterprise FP&A, the Senior Financial Analyst, Operations FP&A is responsible for supporting the development, execution, and completion of a portfolio of cross-functional projects. The individual will partner with the Operations and Executive Leadership teams to facilitate financial reporting, forecasting, and budgeting for nationwide operations. The ideal candidate for this position will have a strong financial background, an eye for automation, excellent communication skills and will exhibit persistent intellectual curiosity for business operations.
Job Description:
Job Responsibilities (listed in order of importance and/or time spent)
  • Partner with Operations, Commercial, and Executive leadership teams to support all facets of nationwide operations including budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
  • Collaborate with Operations leadership to drive cost optimization initiatives and identify productivity opportunities through the enhancement and development of Financial Planning and analysis processes.
  • Create financial models and ad hoc analysis to improve the interpretation of the current financial position; provide insights and recommendations based on financial analysis to support decision-making.
  • Analyze monthly performance variances to budget, forecast, and prior year; lead business reviews with Finance and Operations leadership to summarize variances and discuss action plans.
  • Provide support to the M&A team on ad hoc basis.

Basic Education and/or Experience Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree and at least 3 years' experience in an analytical role in finance, accounting, or business
  • Management.
  • At least 3 years' experience identifying operational issues and recommending and implementing strategies to resolve issues and problems.
  • At least 3 years' experience in applying analytics principles (Statistics, Mathematics, Operations Research,
  • Business Management, Economics or Finance).
  • At least 2 years' experience with project management (for example: planning, organizing, and managing resources to bring about the successful completion of specific project goals and objectives).

Basic Qualifications
  • Possess knowledge of project management techniques and tools and experience working in cross functional, team oriented, and collaborative environment with the ability to prioritize work and successfully meet tight deadlines
  • Demonstrated strong finance and accounting skills, including an aptitude for financial modeling
  • Self-starter with strong analytical skills and decision-making capabilities. Detail-oriented
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills as well as a high level of personal motivation to achieve
  • Experience presenting to and interacting with C-level executives of organizations is preferred
  • Proficient with MS Office Suite including MS Project (Excel, Power point & Word)

  • Master's Degree or MBA

Due to some state pay transparency laws, below is the minimum pay for the position:
Salary to be determined by the applicant's education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data.
Minimum pay is $68,841.68+
