Who we're looking for
Toyota's Digital Corporate Experience Department is looking for a passionate and highly-motivated Senior Engineer - Full Stack Developer. to support our mission to:

• Treat team Members as customers by creating consumer grade digital experiences.
• Deliver mobile first solutions allowing our Team Members to consume technology anywhere, anytime, on any device.
• Make technology simple, familiar, and accessible across the enterprise.

The primary responsibility of this role is to design, deliver, test and support IT-driven business solutions.
Reporting to the Digital Employee Experience manager, the person in this role will support the Digital Employee Experience department's objective to deliver high-quality IT solutions with a particular focus on the customer experience.
What you'll be doing
Front-end Development:

• Creating responsive and visually appealing user interfaces using HTML, Angular, and React using industry best practices for the best possible user interface and experience.
• Ensuring cross-browser compatibility and optimize web applications for performance.

Back-end Development:

• Developing and maintain secure server-side applications predominantly using the .NET framework.
• Implementing RESTful APIs and integrate them with the front-end components.
• Integrating with other internal and 3rd party systems as needed.

Database Integration:

• Designing and optimize database schemas for efficient data storage and retrieval.
• Ensuring data structures support robust reporting and dashboarding.

Power Platform Integration:

• Utilizing Power Platform to create custom solutions and automate business processes.
• Integrating Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI into existing systems.

Collaboration and Communication:

• Collaborating and effectively communicate with stakeholders in the business and IT at all levels.
• Communicating technical concepts and ideas effectively to non-technical team members.

What you bring

• Minimum of an Associates degree in an IT related field or equivalent experience
• Experience with coding, testing and documentation standards
• Demonstrated ability to deliver high quality consumer experiences in a professional environment

Added bonus if you have

• Experience with Node.JS, Typescript, and Python, AWS Lambda or other serverless app development and deployment tools
• Bachelor's degree or Master's degree in IT related field and/or professional certifications for the listed technologies
