Senior Director, Operations

Overview
The Senior Director of Operations will lead the Modsy 3D Creative Services team, while also offering overall operational support to the greater Product org. This role provides leadership to an internal 3D studio, setting standards for operational excellence, fostering a culture of high quality, reliable deliveries, and driving the execution of new 3D projects from concept to delivery. This position will have a strong understanding of 3D technology and artistic workflows, experience managing large creative teams (in house and external), and demonstrated process and operational excellence.
Responsibilities

• Work with the creative services team to organize priorities, strive for efficiencies, develop new capabilities and drive timely delivery of each milestone.
• Drive an in house 3D studio function managing strategy, costs, operations and new initiative
• Collaborate with team members and stakeholders across the Product org and within other orgs.
• Manage internal and external relationships through strong collaboration and communicatio
• Develop new 3D capabilities and expand offerings to meet the needs of our customers
• Establish a strong foundation for cost negotiations, pricing and resource allocation

Qualifications

• A customer-oriented mindset.
• Prior 3D studi operations management expereince
• Deep familiarity with 3D tools, technologies and workflows
• Experience managing in house and external 3D artists
• Bachelor's degree in management, design, computer science, or a related field
• 10+ years of experience in 3D or game development operations
• World class communication and collaboration skills.

This role will lead the operations and management of Lennar's 3D Visualization & Design team. This role will facilitate the strategy and successful management of this program which will ultimately streamline and reduce the cost of marketing for the company while creating a stronger sales pipeline for divisions.
