Come and join an expanding team! Established in 2022, Detroit Aggregate is looking to expand their current team! Detroit Aggregate currently services six (6) ready mix plants in the Greater Detroit Metro and Marshall, MI with aggregate materials (gravel, sand, fly ash, and cement powder) to keep production consistent. Detroit Aggregate is family owned and operated with a strong capital position to take on the largest projects in an ever-changing market. Our goal is to continue the rapid growth we have seen over the past couple of years, and add to an ever-growing team that does not shy away from challenges. We value the fresh ideas and a "can do" mindset.
Duties include, but are not limited to:

• Proficient Excel knowledge is essential, and candidates should anticipate a brief Excel test as part of the interview process.
• Strong attention to detail and an analytical mindset are required
• Ability to work independently or collaboratively within a team
• Candidate will be responsible for:
  • Reconcile broker invoices by verifying ticket numbers, delivery information, and pricing
  • Address invoice issues with
  • Record ticket information into Excel and transfer data between workbooks
  • Analyze data from multiple sources to detect any discrepancies/missing data
  • Create daily and weekly invoices for hauling and material sold
  • Required to pull data from various sources and create tables and summaries in Excel as requested.
• Given our company's growth, candidates should be adaptable to evolving needs and be open to undertaking tasks beyond those listed above

The ideal candidate will have:

• Bachelor's Degree in the business or related field
• High aptitude for technology, strong skill sets with Microsoft applications
• Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Must possess effective communication and organizational skills
• Ability to multi-task and work in an ever-changing environment.
