Essential Duties:
- Creation of, analysis, improvement and quality guidelines for all common sales related matters and processes within the Commercial group and initiate changes as necessary
- Generate standardized and ad hoc reports using both internal and external data sources
- Collaborate with IT to optimize SAP system to support organization activities. Investigate and if needed assist in the implementation of additional features and /or modules within the ERP as it applies to Commercial business
- Manage support requests from other departments and coordinate with the business units
- Create supporting documentation for presentations for management reporting, meetings, conferences as necessary
- Regularly audit and maintain customer pricing and initiate changes as necessary
- Engage in direct communications with local departments, Niterra HQ in Japan, and other global Niterra facilities
- Review and maintain training, department, process materials for relevance
- Provide support to department team and executives as necessary
- Lead annual 3 year forecasting activities for uploading forecast data to GHQ
- Update and manage sales and customer databases (Sales-i)
- Manage customer user maintenance requests for the B2B portal
- Work closely with Finance department on account reconciliation
- Provide ongoing analysis, improvement and quality guidelines for all sales and distribution related matters and processes within the aftermarket group. This includes but is not limited to SAP functional areas of Sales and Distribution, Warehouse Management, transactional, and all areas of data management
- Process change requests on sales databases to master data team and other departments
- Train and mentor newer associates
- Participate in cross-function projects
- Perform data gathering, root cause analysis and evaluate trends in order to develop appropriate process changes
- Recommend training activities for process improvement
- Utilize customer websites, portals and other software tools
- Responsible to input and manage all the pricing for special customers and program groups in SAP, Including execution of annual price adjustment loads
- Perform regular verification that credits have been processed, no blocked orders and clean up of open documents
- Ad hoc projects as assigned by management
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures including IATF 16949 and J-Sox related policies as applicable.
Qualifications
Academic Skills/Knowledge/Experience:
Associates degree in business or equivalent field
Bachelor's degree in business or equivalent field preferred
Minimum of 5 years of experience in a business/sales support role
Minimum of 5 years of related experience preferably in automotive industry
Minimum of 5 years of hands on experience as an SAP user with proven capabilities in business analysis and testing in an ERP environment
Good understanding of Process Improvement
Knowledge of Aftermarket Sales and distribution
Strong communication skills verbally and in writing
Excellent project management skills
Excellent organization, planning and administration skills
High attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy
Analytical math skills
Ability to meet deadlines
Working knowledge of accounting concepts and practices
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Other outside program experience preferred (Power BI, Microsoft Project, etc.) preferred

Experience in a multicultural environment preferred
Possess mental faculties consistent with performing at least the minimum essential functions of the job required
