Program Coordinator
Duties:
- Develop and implement several different program goals and objectives
- Coordinate program activities, trips and events
- Monitor program progress and evaluate outcomes
- Provide support to members, addressing their needs and concerns
- Maintain accurate records and documentation related to all programs
Requirements:
- Associates degree in a related field or 2 years of relevant experience preferred
- Experience in program coordination or development procedures
- Excellent organizational, communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Detail-oriented. ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
We are looking for a competent Program Coordinator to undertake a variety of program management tasks while overseeing the day to day operations of our growing Senior Center. This job will require an energetic, positive, friendly, person who will enjoy working with the senior population in a fast paced environment.
