What you’ll do:
We are seeking an organized and efficient Senior Content Configuration Specialist to oversee the collection, tracking, maintenance, and upload of content from multiple programs to an online repository. The ideal candidate will be well-versed in dealing with large amounts of data, proficient in adopting and implementing new technology and platforms, excellent communication skills, and the ability to coordinate with cross-functional teams.
This position will report to Manager, Content Configuration in Revenue Operations and responsible for the following primary duties:
What you’ll need:
- Minimum 5 years of demonstrated experience organizing significant amounts of data and engaging in various digital tools to adopt and implement innovative solutions.
- Proficient in navigating and utilizing content repositories to efficiently manage and organize digital assets.
- Exhibits fluency in a digital space by embracing new technology, software tools and platforms.
- Maintains up-to-date knowledge of content repository software through updates, releases, and continuous education with online seminars.
- Collaborate effectively with a writing team to monitor and evaluate content revisions.
- Manage the timely upload of numerous documents while maintaining organization and ensuring content is up to date.
- Exceptional communication skills and a positive attitude interacting with different personalities in a remote work environment.
- Familiarity with project management skills and methodology to participate in special projects as needed.
- Degree required: Bachelor’s degree.
