Senior Content Specialist, Deep Sector Content, FactSet Research Systems Inc., New York, NY: Work closely with the Deep Sector Content Director to gain a thorough understanding of all products and procedures within the group. Support the team in the maintenance of existing content development processes. Duties include: data research, modeling, assisting in managing the offshore collection teams, identifying content and application enhancements, writing business rules to normalize digitally structured data, and working closely with software engineers on the implementation. Coordinate document sourcing efforts with the DAS Team. Coordinate daily Deep Sector Content Coverage and data QC Requests. Track daily US and Non-US New Issuance Universe and data coverage. Support Deep Sector Content Collection team to create production-ready datasets. Facilitate ongoing data collections process in real-time.
Minimum requirements: Bachelor’s degree, or higher, or foreign equivalent, in finance, accounting or a related field and at least 2 years of experience in Research or Content Development. All stated experience must include: understand and interpret financial terminology, collecting and consolidating requirements, completing workflows, writing and contributing to the creation of functional specifications and methodology procedures, maintenance of those specifications and conducting data integrity tests; writing queries in SQL/MongoDB; designing, developing, and implementing quality assurance tests; and training experience with content collection, quality assurance, methodology testing and procedures. Must have experience with XBRL, SEC Filings, Jira, MongoDB, ChatGPT, NLP, Machine Learning, MS Excel, ESG Frameworks, Sustainability metrics, JSON, Data Quality Assurance, Project Management, Python, XML, US GAAP, IFRS, Data Modeling.
Basic pay range is one hundred two thousand dollars to one hundred thirty two thousand dollars per year for full –time employment (Mon. – Fri. 9-5).
