Join SADA as a Sr. Commissions Analyst!
Your Mission
As a Senior Sales Finance Analyst at SADA, your primary duties will include the following:
- Monthly commission calculations for both internal sales teams and external partners
- Manage a custom-designed commission module in NetSuite and commissions platform Spiff.com
- Build and maintain new compensation plans in Spiff.com
- Liaison between Finance, Sales, and People Operations with respect to commission activity
- Investigate commission discrepancies
- Assist in the development of the budget, planning, and other financial requirements
- Assist in providing forecasts and analysis of P&L, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow on a monthly basis
- Build and maintain verified sales attainment metrics for executive stakeholders
- Respond to inquiries from Sales regarding their commissions
- Analyze variances between actuals and forecasts and use insights to drive meaningful action and communicate complex issues in a clear and concise way.
- Improve financial status by analyzing results; monitoring variances; identifying trends; recommending actions to management

Expectations
Onboarding/Training - The first several weeks of onboarding are dedicated to learning and will encompass learning materials/assignments and compliance training, as well as meetings with relevant individuals. Details of the timeline are shared closer to the start date.
Job Requirements
Required Credentials:
3+ years relevant work experience in FP&A and/or commission analysis
BA/BS degree or equivalent degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, Statistics or related quantitative field
Required Qualifications:
Strong problem-solving and organizational skills, as well as attention to detail
- Ability to meet deadlines under pressure
Experience working with large datasets, automation, or business intelligence skills
Strong analytical skills; ability to coordinate diverse information, identify relevant data, recommend and implement corrective actions
Advanced proficiency in Excel
Solid interpersonal and communication skills; ability to communicate effectively across all organizational levels and all functional areas, understanding and presenting the viewpoints of others
Useful Qualifications:
Experience in commissions and sales compensationFamiliarity with commissions system software, ideally Spiff.com
- Proficient knowledge of data query/data management tools
Experience with NetSuiteFamiliarity with basic accounting skills such as journal entries and account reconciliationsAbility to master new systems and applications quickly
