1) Must be able to set up, program, operate, and tend to CNC Router Machine.
2) Start machine, adjust controls, and make trail cuts to ensure machinery is operating properly.
3) Examine raw materials for defects and maintain organization of materials.
4) Adjust tooling/cutting device and set controls on machine to produce specified cuts and operations.
5) Monitor operation of machine, provide preventative maintenance, and adjust accordingly to correct problems that ensures conformance to specifications.
6) Perform maintenance and advise of any worn parts needed to ensure minimum downtime of operation.
7) Examine/inspect finished workpieces for correct shape, angle, depth of cut, or conformity to specifications and verify dimensions.
8) Must be able to calculate specific material, equipment, or labor requirements for production.
