Max Cash, a National Financial Broker with over 10 million customers served, seems a Dynamic Call Center Manager.

Responsibilities:

Good to Know This from the start:

Upon hire we will send you to our Florida location (we pay all expenses) to train at our Jacksonville location for one week.

Our Call Center is a 7 day a week operation. Although you will not work 7 days a week, on the weekends you will need to monitor the center viz your phone and address issues if need be.

You will report to the Director of Operations who is in the Houston location. He reports to the Senior Vice President (based in Chicago) and the Business Development Department (based in Scottsdale AZ). They all report to the President based in our corporate headquarters in Scottsdale Arizona. We tell you this because travel may be required.

We have legacy employees who have a bit of entitlement issues. You will have the manage multiple personalities so you should be strong and forceful with your role. You will also deal with staff off-shore. All together there is over 36 people who are under you and they are looking for an outspoken leader.
