Key Responsibilities/Accountabilities:

  • Help create and execute a Business Development Communications plan for Primoris Renewable Energy with VP of Business Development & Contracts and Corporate Marketing & Communications.
  • Manage/administer CRM platform.
  • Develop and customize sales collateral, client presentations, and marketing and communications material to support Business Development efforts.
  • Write and manage content for internal communications channels including the intranet and employee communications platform (including upcoming mobile app) targeted to Renewables employees; contribute Renewables-specific content for company-wide internal communications.
  • Track wins, milestones, awards, and other achievements for Renewables. Coordinate with Corporate Marketing & Communications for timely external communications and promotion (social media, media, press releases, thought leadership, website, etc.).
  • Review, edit, and proofread template proposal material, as needed.
  • Coordinate photography requests for project sites, offices, headshots, and events for Renewables as part of our Corporate Photography program.
  • Research and identify industry advertising opportunities, manage deadlines, payment, and submit artwork.
  • Help coordinate industry awards and surveys for Renewables with Corporate Marketing & Communications; contribute to company-wide awards and surveys calendar.
  • Maintain events calendar for Renewables, including charity events, professional conferences, tradeshow exhibits for Renewables; contribute to company-wide events calendar.
  • Support participation in industry and community events for the Renewables business, including overseeing logistics, managing registrations, coordinating with vendors, creating itineraries, and ordering branded merchandise and promotional items; with direction from VP of Business Development & Contracts and Corporate Marketing & Communications.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related
  • 7+ years of experience in marketing, communications supporting Business Development and proposals, or related field.
  • Renewables industry knowledge
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to
  • Excellent written and verbal communication, copywriting, proofreading, and grammar.
  • Self‐starter who can independently move projects forward, prioritize tasks, and meet
  • InDesign experience a plus.
  • Strong analytical skills to evaluate metrics and create reports.
  • Some travel required
