About the role
CBRE is looking for a BIM Program/Project Manager to provide general support, communication facilitation, and guidance on BIM workflow and process for both internal and external stakeholders at a canonical programmatic and project site level!
What you'll do
+ Work with and guide canonical BIM development team
+ Identify areas of improvement and the need for further developed standards and processes
+ Test and evaluate current and new BIM initiatives
+ Participate in business reviews with vendors
+ Participate in data validation and improvement of BIM models and metadata information
+ Lead all aspects and manage the BIM project life cycle performing upstream planning and framework duties, as well as, downstream implementation
+ Coordinate and engage in the development of automated routines to support standards and productivity
+ Develop ongoing BIM process maps and workflow diagrams to communicate canonical BIM processes
+ Provide oversight throughout the program to ensure that the owner requirements and BIM guidelines are accurately and adequately addressed
+ Provide continued support in guidance in the improvement of the BIM model ecosystem
+ Develop support documentation and training materials/sessions for the owner team and other collaborators when rolling out new BIM processes
+ Manage project BIM Execution
+ Validate BIM disseminations
+ Review and approve project BIM Execution Plans according to BIM standards
+ Track model changes compared to canonical product models
+ Perform QC at design milestones and communicate review comments at page turn meetings
+ Coordinate BIM 360/ACC workspace setup with BIM 360/ACC support team
+ Act as owner BIM stakeholder to attend meetings including but not limited to project kickoff, page turns, AEC onboarding sessions, and BIM issue resolutions
+ Communicate global BIM program with local projects and AEC teams
What you'll need
+ A bachelors degree or equivalent experience.
+ 5 years of demonstrated ability in the CAD/BIM design field
+ Proficiencies with Microsoft Office Suite, Google Suite, BIM 360, and AutoCAD
+ Prior data center experience is helpful but not required

CBRE carefully considers multiple factors to determine compensation, including a candidate's education, training, and experience. The minimum salary for the Senior BIM Project Manager position is $115,000 and the maximum salary for the Senior BIM Project Manager is position is $150,000 annually. The compensation that is offered to a successful candidate will depend on the candidate's skills, qualifications, and experience. Successful candidates will also be eligible for a discretionary bonus based on CBRE's applicable benefit program. This role will provide the following benefits: 401(K), Dental insurance, Health insurance, Life insurance, and Vision insurance.
