Assistant to Construction Project Manager

We are a well-established custom home builder in the Treasure Valley looking to expand our skilled team. We are looking for an Assistant for the Construction Project Detail Manager to aid him in the field.

This position requires hands on work as it relates to paint touchup, basic carpentry skills, cleaning, moving materials to and from jobs and various other types of construction work.

The objective of this position is to be responsible for the successful completion of all touch up and detail work in assigned areas. Work directly for the Project Detail Manager on all projects assigned.

• Complete duties as assigned by your immediate supervisor, the Owner and the Construction Manager.
• Comply with construction specifications and standards
• Utilize internal scheduling system to ensure timely completion of projects
• Responsible for a quality building process and product
• Take an active part in the building completion process.
• Set and maintain high standards of performance by subcontractors and suppliers

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $23.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
