As our Project Manager II, in the Operations Strategy and Programs team, you will help deliver projects manage issues, risks, and project change requests to ensure successful and on-time project delivery. Everyday you will contribute to process improvement initiatives as it relates to improving project delivery and verify that the projects produce the required deliverables of quality, within the specified constraints of time and cost and to achieve the potential benefits defined in the business case. To thrive you must have project management experience and be able to analyze and evaluate business processes' and identify areas of improvement.

Responsibilities:

+ Responsible for project scoping, requirements gathering, and planning efforts for enterprise-wide software application implementations / conversions, including infrastructure needs. Oversees projects through their entire life cycle.

+ Create, document, and publish project artifacts, including schedules and risk registers.

+ Support maintenance of documentation, processes, and measurements related to project governance, visibility, and performance.

+ Maintain project budgets, timelines, progress, and addresses risks using industry recognized practices and tools.

+ Develop and maintain relationships with personnel, stakeholders, and executive management. Produces regular reports regarding project status, risks, and costs.

+ Contribute to building standards in methodology and tools usage

Required Qualifications:

+ BS/BA and/or a minimum of three years of experience in project management

+ 3+ years of experience working on analysis and evaluation of business processes and identifying areas of improvement

+ Knowledge of the following industries: Healthcare, Revenue Cycle Management workflow

+ Experience working within cross-functional teams and resolving complex barriers to project completion

+ Exposure and understanding of process optimization methodologies

+ Lean Six Sigma preferred

+ Executive reporting and presentation skills

+ Must be proficient with a variety of software, including: Microsoft Office, Project Management tools (e.g., Smartsheet), and PowerPoint

Desired Qualifications:

+ Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM) or Project Management Professional (PMP) certification (preferred)

+ Aptitude for learning and adapting to new Processes & Tools, Proficiency

+ Strong interpersonal skills both remotely and in-person required; must be able to communicate with internal and external customers effectively and respectfully.

+ Must be detail oriented with the ability to identify and troubleshoot problems efficiently.

+ Understanding of agile software development

For this US-based position, the base pay range is $67,061.41 - $106,374.00 per year . Individual pay is determined by role, level, location, job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
