Job Description:
The Landscape Project Manager must be familiar with all aspects of landscape, hardscape, and irrigation to include customer service, estimating, production and training. The Landscape Project Manager oversees the installation of projects daily while interfacing with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Coordinates with company crew leaders on job progress and job schedules.
- Ensures that all safety procedures are followed and reports any unsafe working conditions.
- Ensures that all change orders are processed correctly.
- Interfaces with suppliers to ensure timely and accurate delivery of job materials.
- Ensures that all equipment is operational and in safe working condition.
- Ensures that vendor delivery tickets and all paperwork are processed and turned in daily.
- Able to read and process landscape installation plans.
- Receives and reviews all job daily field reports for accuracy and thoroughness and forwards them to the accounting department.
- Responsible for controlling and cutting job costs.
- Builds customer rapport.
- Train crew members as needed.
Qualifications:
The candidate must demonstrate a high degree of personal responsibility, organization, and ability to work in a fast-paced atmosphere. We are seeking an individual with a proven track record of success. Requirements include:
- Minimum of two to three years of experience in landscape, hardscape, and irrigation industry.
- Ability to supervise up to (3) projects simultaneously.
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate, train and inspire a team
- Possess excellent computer skills, proficient in word and excel.
- Exceptional organizational and time management abilities.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Proficient in project management software/tools.
- Able to represent the company in a courteous and professional manner.

Pay: $65,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
