The Senior B2B Channel Development Manager is a key player in devising and executing impactful sales strategies to enhance sales in untapped and underdeveloped accounts across North America. The primary focus is on cultivating growth within traditional and online distributors and contractors in HVAC channels, hospitality, hotels, and MROs. Key Responsibilities/Duties:
- Market Monitoring:
Keep abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics. Identify emerging business opportunities, unexplored markets, and areas for potential growth.
- Partner Management:
Recruit new partners and maintain engagement with existing partners. Set performance goals and conduct regular business reviews to ensure alignment with company objectives.
- Forecasting and Reporting:
Maintain accurate forecasts and provide management with regular updates. Include sales forecasts, competitive analysis, market trends, and territory opportunities.
- Training and Development:
Conduct product and sales training sessions for Channel Partners and Rep Firms. Ensure partners have a comprehensive understanding of IAQ (Indoor Air Quality) products.
- Collateral Distribution:
Create and distribute sales and marketing collateral to channel partners. Provide tools such as product kits, presentations, and sales materials.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product management, and operations. Ensure seamless coordination and alignment of channel activities with overall business strategies.
- Omnichannel Strategies:
Champion the concept of omnichannel strategies. Possess a strong grasp of creating and implementing effective omnichannel programs.
Mandated Qualification Requirements:
- At least 2 years of Sales experience.
- Cross-functional experience working with different departments within an organization.
- Channel development experience, showcasing proficiency in building and managing partnerships.
