As a Senior Accounting Officer (Specialist) you will have the opportunity to:

  • Reconcile CTS account and cash remittance reports monthly to State Controller's Office (SCO) tab run
  • Prepare transaction requests to SCO for timely recognition of revenues and reimbursements
  • Analyze, create and process adjustment transactions including non-sufficient funds checks, late charges, payment corrections and refunds
  • Reconcile AR accounts monthly to ensure the invoice setup and liquidation is performed accurately
  • Post corrections and adjustments
  • Assist with month-end close process to clear outstanding items in Fi$Cal
Desirable Qualifications We Look For:
  • Experience in revenue reconciliation, particularly in General ledger
