Fosber America is currently hiring a Senior Accountant within our Accounting Department. This position will include completing a variety of month-end reconciliations and reporting, perform cost accounting analysis, along with other tasks. This person will report to the Controller and will assist with projects as they arise.

Fosber America is the leading manufacturer and supplier of corrugated machinery and services throughout the United States. We also provide sales, spare parts, installation services, and maintenance programs, as well as industry training for customers.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Works closely with other departments to ensure accuracy within financial reporting.
• Manage downpayments, final billings, and cost analysis for Upgrades product line.
• Assist with month-end closing process.
• Cost Accounting analysis and reporting.
• Post journal entries and complete month-end reconciliations.
• Manage vouchering and timely payment of machinery invoices received from parent company.
• Invoice machinery freight billings to customers.
• Complete quarterly Canadian reporting.
• Update CRM software with machinery installations and equipment.
• Assist in annual budget and year-end process.
• Uses report writing capabilities to produce reports from the TCM ERP system for Accounting and other departments throughout the company.
• Keeps Controller informed of financial situations as they arise.
• Other duties may be necessary to fulfill the responsibilities of this position.

Education and Experience requirements:

Education:

Minimum of a Bachelor Degree in Accounting is required

Experience:

3-5 years experience with Accounting in a Manufacturing environment is required
