SalaryAs the lead accountant, your role will encompass both tactical and strategic aspects. This position entails overseeing core accounting and bookkeeping tasks while also delving into areas such as budgeting, forecasting, and process improvement. You will have a unique opportunity to collaborate closely with the CFO of a publicly traded company and gain exposure to merger/acquisition and IPO processes.
Responsibilities:
- Accounting and Bookkeeping
- Forecasting and Budgeting
- Profit/Loss Analysis and Modeling
- Leading the evaluation and execution of benefits administration
- Collaboration with external auditors to facilitate successful merger and IPO preparations
Skills:
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and regulations
- Analytical mindset with a curiosity to explore and understand complex issues
- Ability to take initiative and drive projects forward
- Detail-oriented and organized approach to work
Qualifications:
- Preferably holds a degree in Accounting
- Minimum of 5 years of direct accounting experience
- Demonstrates enthusiasm for contributing to the success of a dynamic organization

Salary: $80,713.27 - $97,203.09 per year
