This position offers the ability to take over existing patients with conventional braces or Invisalign. We are not a corporate run office. If this is the model you are searching for our office is not for you.
If you are looking for a place where you can practice quality orthodontics than this might be your happy place. We strive to allow our assocaties to provide treatment in a smooth environment. We've been doing it for over 50 years and wish to continue the model.
Associate expectations would be to basically manage the ortho department this means overseeing the schedule, at times in advance, manage supplies, present treatment plans to patients, effective communication with assistants, not having patients wait (or wait too long.)
In the past, huddle meetings with a game plan proved to help tremendously including treatment explanations to patients and their parents. Of course being able to document all notes by the end of the day. Basically you will be hands on with minimal to zero involvement from the owner dentist or any manager.
We are hiring due to our beloved and long term orthodontist passing away.
Hours for the department are: 8:50am (NOT 9am) to 5:50pm. 1-2pm lunch. (Days can be discussed)
Upto Two Saturdays are mandatory from 8am to 2pm.
