We are looking for a motivated and capable teammate to help scale our business and build our G&A functions. This is an excellent opportunity to take on key responsibilities within a rapidly growing organization.
What You'll Do:
- Own monthly financial reporting. Prepare P&L, BS, CF statements, identify trends and variances, address queries
- Recommend improvements to financial processes. Implement best practices and technologies to reduce friction while maximizing accounting quality / accuracy
- Oversee day-to-day accounting processes including payroll, T&E, accounts payable, and billing and collections
- Oversee cross-border transactions
- Maintain financial, tax, and audit compliance and act as primary liaison with external stakeholders
Who You Are:
- CPA certification and strong understanding of US GAAP and internal controls,. with experience and proficiency in researching technical accounting issues
- 3+ years experience in public accounting, preferably at a Big 4 or comparable firm
- Prior hardware / manufacturing experience; familiarity with hardware reporting inputs and metrics
- Familiarity with cross-border trading
- Understands infrastructure needs to support key accounting processes like revenue and bank reconciliation.
- Strong communication skills. Ability to collaborate effectively cross-functionally
- Exceptional problem-solving and attention to detail
- (Nice to have) 1+ years experience at a private hardware / technology company
