Rently's multifamily sales division is seeking a Los Angeles, CA / Los Angeles Metropolitan based Multifamily Sr. Account Executiveeager to execute enterprise selling into some of the United State's largest real estate operators and key accounts. The Multifamily Sr. Account Executive will leverage full sales cycle experience within the multifamily/SaaS vertical.
Job Duties:
    • Understand Rently's value relative to multifamily operators
    • Leverage Rently product knowledge and historical trends/patterns to win and or grow accounts
    • Hunt and farm leads utilizing prior experience selling into multifamily/SaaS industry 
    • Utilize sales methodology to meet and exceed MRR, quarterly, & yearly quotas 
    • Manage accounts within multi-state territory leveraging expert communication and documentation, including but not limited to Salesforce, Constant Contact & other leading sales software 
    • Partner with SDRs to deliver profitable outcomes in designated territory
    • Serve as a mentor and guide to Account Executive and SDRs
    • Cross-functionally collaborate with internal teams 
    • Travel as needed to industry events
    • Maintain a 5 day in-office presence within Rently's Los Angeles, CA office (6300 Wilshire Blvd.)
Skills & Qualifications:
    • Multifamily SaaS selling experience - REQUIRED 
    • 5+ years full sales cycle enterprise sales experience selling multifamily prop-tech (bonus for self-showing/guided touring selling expertise)
    • 3+ years selling enterprise smart home solutions into the multifamily vertical - REQUIRED
    • Planned, tailored, and conducted discovery meetings and product demos
    • Created client contract/proposal/SOWs and presented/negotiated for win-win outcomes
    • Sales methodology (Challenger, MEDDIC, Customer-Centric, etc.)
    • KPI and data driven with proven track record as a top performer
    • Salesforce, Constant Contact, and other sales software experience 
    • Demonstrated success achieving or exceeding quota via inbound & outbound leads
    • Trained and or mentored Account Executives and SDRs 
    • Organized, highly communicative, and customer-centric 
    • Bachelor's or Associate's degree
    • Los Angeles, CA / Los Angeles Metropolitan based - REQUIRED
$85,000 - $85,000 a year
For applicants located in California, the salary for this full-time role is expected to be $85,000 per year plus OTE. This range is a reflection of base salary only, not of a total compensation package. Please note Rently reserves the right to pay more or less than the posted range, depending on the candidate's experience and qualifications, and that the expected salary range may be different for candidates located outside of California.
