Job Description
* Installs, troubleshoots, repairs and configures access control, security alarms, and closed circuit television systems
* Responds to customer service calls in a timely and efficient manner, troubleshoots and repairs as needed.
* Completes necessary documentation as per the Service Delivery Policy.
* Communicates with central dispatch on current work order status and receives updates on outstanding customer issues on a daily basis following the Service Delivery Policy.
* Participates in after hours service program
* Good verbal and written communication skills for summarizing tasks performed with customer.
Our scope has been the design, integration, and maintenance of Security Systems to include access control, video surveillance, perimeter and intrusion systems.
