Security Specialist - Unarmed

Sojos Capital LLC and Blue Rock Security is seeking highly motivated individuals to join our team as a Security Specialist. The successful candidates will be responsible for maintaining a safe and secure environment for our premises, visitors, and employees. Some of the daily activities will include monitoring surveillance equipment, security patrols of our properties, inspecting access points, ensuring adherence to security protocols, and other duties as assigned.

Surveillance and Monitoring:

Operate surveillance equipment to monitor multiple properties.

Conduct regular patrols to detect and deter suspicious activity.

Monitor access point and control entry and exit of individuals.

Emergency Response

Respond promptly to alarms and security incidents.

Effectively handle emergency situations, such as fire or medical emergencies, by alerting the appropriate authorities and taking appropriate actions.

Access Control:

Verify identification and credentials of individuals entering the premises.

Enforce access control policies and procedures.

Report Writing:

Document and report and security incidents, disturbances, or violations.

Maintain accurate and detailed records of daily activities and irregularities

Customer Service :

Provide excellent customer service to visitors, clients, and employees.

Assist individuals with directions and information when needed.

Collaboration:

Coordinate and communicate effectively with other security personnel and relevant departments including law enforcement and emergency services.

Training and Development:

Stay informed about security best practices and procedures.

Participate in ongoing training to enhance skills and knowledge.

Requirements:

High School Diploma or equivalent.

Proven experience in the security or related field is preferred.

Excellent observational and surveillance skills.

Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.

Ability to remain calm and composed under pressure.

Knowledge of basic first aid and emergency response procedures.

Physical fitness and ability to stand or walk for extended periods.

Must be available to work shifts, including nights, weekends and holidays if scheduled.
