- Provide customer service to our clients by carrying out safety and security procedures, site-specific policies and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
- Primary responsibility of working at the front reception desk and assisting visitors with access and making occasional rounds on foot throughout the facility to ensure a safe and secure environment.
- Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem solving manner.
- Completion of required daily activity and any incident reporting in a timely manner.
- Be at least 18 years of age.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation and drug screening in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws and regulations.
- Must be physically able to apply therapeutic restraints (after proper training) as required by client and perform foot patrols of the facility.
- Must possess excellent verbal and written skills for de-escalating situations and reporting of incidents.
- Security related certifications and/or prior experience preferred.
