Security Administrator
Key Role:
Serve as a part of the Security Shared Service Center, including analyzing US government security policies and procedures for the Personnel Security (PERSEC) program in accordance with the NISPOM, DCIDs, ICDs, and other government directives. Act as a team player, exhibit flexibility, set priorities, and manage client expectations in a fast-paced environment. Conduct security briefings and clearance pre-screens, process staff for clearance actions, verify and send visit requests, update various databases, review documentation for accuracy and completeness, and address PERSEC matters with employees. Work in a team environment, handle assigned tasks individually, and perform additional security duties, as assigned.
Basic Qualifications:
-1+ years of experience with personnel and industrial security
-Experience with DISS, SWFT, and eQIP
-Knowledge of NISPOM, DoD directives, EOs, or ICDs
-Secret clearance
-HS diploma or GED
Additional Qualifications:
-Experience as an FSO or CSSO
-Possession of excellent customer service, organization, and interpersonal skills
-Possession of excellent verbal and written communication skills
-Bachelor's degree or 2 years of experience with personnel and industrial security in lieu of a degree
-Completion of DSS, Personnel Security Management, and Introduction to DoD Personnel Security Adjudication Courses
Clearance:
Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; Secret clearance is required.

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $45,300.00 to $93,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees.
