Job Responsibilities:

• Working with students ages 5-21
• Assist student in transitioning from one activity to the next
• Implement Behavior Intervention Plan if one is in place
• Assist and facilitate appropriate peer interactions
• Support classroom teacher in implementing IEP (Individualized Education Program)
• Provide positive reinforcement
• Use strategies of ABA & Cognitive Behavioral Therapy to provide support

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma (Associates preferred)
• Steady work history
• Must have reliable transportation
• Available during school hours, Monday through Friday
• Work history that includes experience working with children a plus
• Work history that includes experience working in an educational setting a plus

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: $18.00 - $25.00 per hour

Grade levels:

• Elementary school
• High school
• Middle school

Schedule:

• Day shift
• Monday to Friday
• No nights
• No weekends
