St. Gerard School is seeking applicants for a Full-Time Administrative Assistant. Responsibilities include; answering phones, data management, record keeping, filing, and basic accounting/banking skills. Employee will work closely with administration to support staff, students, and their families. A busy office environment where teamwork is important and responding to student needs is a priority. Qualified candidates will have experience working in an office setting, good communication skills, able to multitask, familiar with Microsoft Office, Quicken, and basic office equipment.
