Well established appliance repair company looking for a person with great customer service to answer phones and schedule appointments for our clients repair needs. You will be working in a beautifully remodeled office building with an enjoyable office team!
This is a full time position Monday - Friday, 8:00am - 4:30pm.
Job Responsibilities:
- Answer phones and emails, schedule repair appointments, and input customer data into company systems.
- Organize workflow and appointments by reading and routing correspondences, collecting customer information, and managing assignments.
- Complete requests by greeting customers, in person or on the telephone, and answering or referring inquiries.
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

Education and Experience Requirements:
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent
- Previous office experience
