We are looking for someone to join our team who is empathetic, prepared and believes in guiding people through difficult times. Someone that believes that every time a current or potential client walks through the door, they will leave in a better place because we will help them see their problems and take the steps needed to solve them. We have a vibrant and fun team. We like to talk about films, music and star wars. We also like to do everything we possibly can to help people in family law matters. Our team is very busy, and very dedicated to helping people, and willing to have fun at the same time.
Our office currently has five attorneys. We are looking for someone be an amazing Receptionist and client intake specialist and help potential clients become actual clients and address current client needs. If you are open to growing in our firm, we are absolutely willing to allow for a growth path within our office for long term career potential.
Office roles include:
Consultation Scheduling: Helping new and potential clients and being the face of the office to a small community. Professionally and enthusiastically speaking with potential clients to schedule consultations, tracking call statistics to our office, following up with leads, managing office calendars. Enjoying making someone's day better by giving them peace of mind and helping them know they found the right place to help them through this process.
Position: Full time.
Compensation: $20-25/hr DOE, paid holidays, paid vacation, 401k, medical benefits.
Responsibilities:
* Polite and courteous on the telephone and in person with existing and potential clients.
* Managing our office telephone, calendar and e-mail system.
* Ability to take direction and strictly follow office procedures on scheduling, scripts, calendar appointments, using our intake system.
* Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service.
JobRequirements
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* People-oriented and self-motivated.
* Must have knowledge of Microsoft Office and Adobe Acrobat.
* Ability to work in a team environment and take direction.
* Ability to effectively relate to clients by being polite and exhibiting appropriate etiquette even when dealing with frustrated people on the phone.
