Your Role:

• Are you a rising star with a passion for organization and a knack for teamwork? As a Junior Scheduling Coordinator, you'll be an integral part of our dental practice, contributing to its smooth operation and growth.
• Your responsibilities will include:
  • Assisting with dental administrative tasks, such as appointment scheduling, maintaining patient records, and responding to inquiries.
  • Providing top-notch customer service and ensuring our patients' needs are met with care and enthusiasm.
  • Collaborating effectively with our team to keep our office running efficiently.
  • Creating a welcoming and positive atmosphere for our patients.

• Remote or Hybrid 4-5 day work week (Monday - Friday)

Our Perfect Candidate:

• No prior administrative experience necessary; we're looking for potential, passion, and a positive attitude.
• Excellent communication skills and a friendly, customer-centric approach.
• Team player mentality with a willingness to learn and grow.
• Basic computer skills and a strong eye for detail.

Other Requirements:

• Efficient with Eaglesoft (Highly Preferred)
• Proficient with Gmail, Word & Excel
• Excellent verbal communication and the ability to convey important information clearly and effectively to supporting team members
• Strong leadership, initiative, and excellent customer service skills
• BI-LINGUAL candidates with fluency in English and SPANISH are a plus and highly desirable
