Hybrid ABA Scheduling Coordinator – Owings Mills MD

We are hiring a Scheduling Coordinator at our new EI Center in Beltsville. This is an on-site, M-F position (7:30am start time). WFH 2x per month after successful 90 days!

Candidates must have experience with ABA Scheduling and CR

What will your day look like as ABA Scheduling Coordinator

• Accurate data entry and communication recorded in EMR and other software

• Complete the daily schedule for the center taking staff and client call outs into consideration

• Assist staff with issues converting sessions in EMR

• Input, update, and exercise discretion to modify client schedules as needed

• Exercise discretion to schedule clients appropriately, maximizing their authorization

• Communicating all schedules changes with entire team including family, RBT, and BCBA

• Use judgement in addressing concerns with filling schedules and any other client concern

• Auditing all parts of EMR for accuracy and completeness

• Attending team meetings and communicate current needs

• Identify scheduling and staffing adjustments necessary, and address accordingly based on client satisfaction feedback received

• Use judgement in coordinating schedules of all professionals (RBS, BCBA, SLP, OT, psychologist, social worker, etc.)

• Other duties as assigned (e.g., including scheduling, intake, communicating with families, recruiting, authorization requests, CRM updates)

Minimum Requirements:

• Background check clearance upon hire

• High School diploma or equivalent

• Previous experience with scheduling

• Strong communication skills

• Detail oriented
