Our thriving practice is seeking a Scheduling Coordinator that has 2-3 years of driving practice growth through patient retention, optimizing our preventative service schedule, and elevating a practices standard of care with exceptional friendly service. Your Vital Role:
- Deliver phenomenal service to our patients during their first interaction with our practice
- Provide world-class customer service while keeping our operations running smoothly
- Master the art of multi-tasking by handling 80-100 patient calls daily with a friendly, caring demeanor
- Schedule appointments efficiently while building patient rapport
- Check patients in/out and maintain accurate records with attention to detail
- Thrive in a fast-paced environment, able to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Eagerly collaborate with the clinical team to ensure seamless patient experiences
- Greet patients warmly and make them feel like part of our dental family
Our Perfect Office MVP:
- Experience with Curve and EagleSoft dental practice management software (preferred)
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and G-Suite applications
- Effective communication skills to convey important details clearly
- Strong customer service skills and ability to develop patient relationships
- Bi-lingual English/Spanish fluency is highly desired
- Positive attitude with a knack for putting smiles on faces
