SalaryDescription: Fast paced professional behavioral health office seeks a friendly, reliable and organized bi-lingual (Spanish) team member. Responsibilities include: answering multiple phone lines, scheduling appointments, coordinating practice inquiries, effective communication with referral sources, collaborating with staff and other administrative tasks.
Qualifications Required: Bi-lingual (Spanish) a must. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to interact professionally. Must be organized and able to multi-task with ease. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general office equipment needed. Helpful experience includes: experience in a fast paced office, customer service experience, knowledge of Simple Practice and/or EMR software. Background check required. In addition, the ideal candidate would be seeking a long-term position.
Employee Package: This is a full-time, Monday – Friday, 9am – 5pm, position with Anne Arundel Counseling, Inc. in our Glen Burnie, MD office. The hourly rate for this position is $18.00 - $20.00/per hour depending on experience and qualifications. This position offers ten (10) paid Federal holidays per year, ten (10) paid personal leave days per year and 401K benefits. This position does not include medical/dental benefits.
