Scheduling Coordinator

Horizon Home Care, an Equal Opportunity Employer, has the following full time position available in Richmond, Kentucky: Scheduling Coordinator

-Job duties will include central intake of new client data and scheduling of multiple employees to provide in home services.

-Responsibilities will include providing input into services needed, scheduling services and assuring that appropriate staffing is available, as well as contacting staff/clients/case managers directly in a timely manner.

-The successful applicant will have excellent organizational and communication skills, as well as relevant experience. Will also be able to multitask.

Training will be provided, but a minimum of 1 year relevant experience providing scheduling or related services is preferred.
