Scheduling Coordinator

Nighthawk Security Company is looking for a full-time Scheduling Coordinator to join our team and support the scheduling functions at our corporate office.

Major Responsibilities:

• Schedule security officer shifts using a computerized scheduling program
• Manage work schedules for employees across multiple jobsites and states
• Verifying workhours of employees
• Provide assistance with payroll procedures and activities
• Create and submit reports for upper management
• Must be able to regularly attend work with few absences

Qualifications:

• Exceptional communication skills
• Extremely organized and detail oriented, this position is fast paced and dynamic
• Critical thinking, ability to solve problems in real time
• Ability to answer telephone
• Scheduling and/or staffing experience is preferred, but not required

Application Process: Applicants for this position will be required to answer their phone to conduct a brief phone introduction/interview. From there, qualified applicants will conduct a separate phone interview with one of our Operations Managers to further discuss the position. If it is determined that the role is a good fit for the applicant, applicant will be scheduled for an in-person interview at Nighthawk’s corporate office. Training: Hired applicant will undergo paid training at our corporate office. Training usually takes about four to six (4-6) weeks to complete and consists of becoming acquainted with our service, programs, and scheduling processes.

Schedule: Monday through Friday, 6:00AM – 3:00PM CST at Nighthawk’s Corporate Office located in Owensboro, KY

Miscellaneous:

A background check and drug test will be required of the hired candidate.
