Job Title:Project Coordinator-Scheduler
Shift: First, estimated to average 40 to 45 hours per week
Location: 3250 Ruckriegel Parkway, Louisville, KY, 40299 (onsite Monday through Friday preferred - hybrid schedule may be an option for well qualified candidates)
The primary role of the Project Coordinator - Scheduler is to provide administrative support to the Strategic PMO including the Service Manager, Director of Operations, Field Project Managers, and Field Engineers related to all project phases from start-up to completion.
Projects will vary in size, scope, and duration.
Duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- In conjunction with Project Managers and the Service Manager, organizing and communicating project schedules - including all Technicians, Field Engineers, third party subcontractors or other resources.
- Briefing personnel in-person and via phone or email when appropriate. Identifying accountability for project phases, acceptance criteria, deliverables, and assumptions and updating on an ongoing basis where required.
- Working with end users to ensure personnel meet or exceed expectations, escalating any customer satisfaction issues to management when appropriate. Working with personnel to ensure that all documentation/reporting deliverables are kept up-to-date and available for customer review as required per the contract or Statement of Work (SOW). Providing status updates including reports and analysis to management consistent with program and customer requirements.
- Coordinating with end users to submit administrative documentation as required that could impact or impede project schedules.
- Attending customer meetings (via WebEx or on-site) as required to gather and compile customer requirements. Providing schedule updates to management as required to support periodic Project Status Review meetings.
- Updating and maintaining schedules and project plans, confirming materials are staged, scheduling with end users.
- Providing briefings to internal team and assisting with briefings to customers (both commercial and public sector government entities).
- Working collaboratively in a multi-contractor and federal government environment.
- Working with assigned Project Managers to search for and qualify subcontractors in assigned geographic regions to support Strategic's installation and service contracts.
Qualifications Required:
- 3+ years of project coordination/scheduling experience preferred in a multi-contractor/customer environment.
- Bachelor's Degree preferred, may offset with equivalent experience.
- Experience with Project Management, Schedule Development and Microsoft Project.
- Experience working with A/V installations or integration services strongly preferred.
- Demonstrated experience developing and maintaining project schedules.
- Experience with schedule planning tools, specifically MS Excel, MS Project and MS Teams.
- Knowledge/experience working in a DoD environment strongly preferred.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to develop and formulate solutions for problems/issues.
- Strong interpersonal skills and team orientation.
- Readiness to learn customer relationship and presentation skills.
- Strong interpersonal, customer interaction, written, and verbal and briefing skills with ability to work in a fast-paced multi-tasking environment.

Work Environment
Work is generally sedentary in nature but may require standing and walking for up to 20% of the time. The work environment is generally favorable. Lighting and temperature are reasonable. Work is generally performed within an office environment, with standard office equipment available.
